Before the birth of Cupcake Lab in Manila, I had a love affair with Sprinkles Cupcakes. Sprinkles began in Beverly Hills, California during my college days, and it was the ultimate sweet treat for me.

When I moved back to Manila, I missed Sprinkles Cupcake’s Red Velvet Cupcakes so much that I made my own using their mixes. It’s so cute coz it comes complete with the dots! I gave away one of these as one of my first ever Goodie Giveaways, and now I’d like to share this sweet treat again with my readers for my final Valentine’s Goodie Giveaway.
